Our second couples trip to Paris was a jam-packed 5 days of museums, tours and experiences. There are so many things to do in Paris and the surrounding areas so we decided to visit Champagne for one day while we were there.

For our couples trip in fall 2023 we decided to go back to Paris. Our group of 6 adults planned a 5 day itinerary with new experiences and tours to try and get the most of our time in France.
We stayed at the Hotel Regina in the 2nd Arrondissement because we loved it so much the first time we were there!
Day 1: We checked into our hotel, had lunch at Cafe Carrousel, and walked around to stay awake after the overnight flight. We had dinner at Cinq Mars in the 6th Arrondissement - an amazing local cafe.
Day 2: Morning tour of Musee d'Orsay with Helga in Paris (our favorite tour guide!). We had lunch at the beautiful cafe inside the museum. We took a sunset Seine River cruise called Le Bateau Francais - the crew was awesome and the Eiffel Tower lit up as we were passing by. Dinner at Le Grand Colbert.
Day 3: We had a private tour of the Champagne region - just an hour outside of Paris. Our guide picked us up at our hotel and we visited Champagne Alfred Gratien and Champagne Comesse Lafond in Epernay and Champagne Henri Giraud in Aÿ. We had lunch at the amazing Le Bellevue restaurant in the Royal Champagne hotel in Champillon. Our guide dropped us off at the Champagne-Ardennes train station for a quick 40 min ride back to Paris. We had dinner at Le Compas in the 2nd Arrondissement.
Day 4: We had a relaxing morning and then a private walking tour with Helga of Sacré-Cœur and the Montmarte neighborhood.
Day 5: We toured the Palais Garnier (Opera House) in the morning and then lunch at Cafe Carrousel before our departure.
